Spontanious Mini-golf!

Hmmmm, what to do on a Friday afternoon....? How about minigolf?! A couple weeks ago me, Brittney, Kevin, Jen and Joey (Jen and Tom's younger brother) did just that. We live off spontaneity. ;) I like using big words....anyhoo here's some pics from the experience:

This would be Joey, the 10 year-old that beat us all at mini-golf. Hey, I was a close second!

Brittney and Kevin....

Hehehe this picture is really only funny for those of us who went. Let's just say that Kevin was being mean to Brittney (she's the green one, kevin the yellow) (and in case your wondering, the pink is Jen)

Pictures of Kevin and Jen getting ready to go/on the skyswing. 100 ft high drop!! woot woot!!

You might have to click on this one to see it better,
Kevin was giving us a double -up and yells "Take a picture!!"

Here is the video of Kevin and Jen on the skyswing. The people talking in the background would be me, Brittney and Joey. You might have to turn your head to watch the video, and if you listen closely you can hear Jen scream when her and Kevin free fall:

actually the video will be coming soon....

Memorial Day Parade

Here is a video of the High School band marching in the Memorial Day Parade. It went pretty good considering we are a concert band and not a marching band. Personally, I like playing the bass clarinet better while sitting in a chair. Actually low woodwinds are not supposed to be in marching band....anyways, I'm in the line nearest to the camera, fifth in line i think, the one with the really big black instrument. Brittney is in that same line, if you can see her, and Ian is somewhere in the back with his wimpy little clarinet. We would have pictures of us but my parents gave the camera to my seven-year-old sister, who didn't take any pics of the band. But she did take a picture of every single fire truck in the parade (about 10 or so) if that counts for anything.

I love to paint.....

You're probably thinking "hey ive seen that picture before...."
You have. But now I (megan!) have turned it into a black and white painting!
Hope you like it!
There are some close-ups below, the discoloration on the last one I think was the camera's doing...

?Mi padre es Mexicano?

?Mi padre es Mexicano? !Si! Pues....no. Para un hoy. ?Porque? Creo que el es muy loco. El es muy enferma en su cabeza, ?no? Tengo dolor de ojos mirar a su. ?!Tambien?!

Oh and here is a picture of me and Andrea with matching shirts that my dad got while serving his mission in Chile:

Oh do you want a translation? I wrote that all by myself you know....

Is my father Mexican? Yes! Well...no. For one day. Why? I think he is very crazy. He is very sick in the head, yes? It hurts my eyes to look at him. How about you?!

Easter in the Snow

Every year my mom makes us take pictures outside on easter, I think she regreted it this time....

She kept getting stuck in the snow, the best time was when she pulled her leg out and her shoe didn't come with it...

To get a good idea of the situation, check out the expression my sister Kelsey's face.

I think this was when we were all laughing at my mom, who had fallen in the snow for about the 7th time...

We finally actually took some pictures, although the two younger s are looking a bit disheveled, I think me and Kelsey look cute!

Ahhh! Not my piano!

These are just some cool pictures from when my father decided to dissect our piano...

We found a lot of interesting stuff inside...stuff that shouldn't be there...but now my piano is tuned and has new, pretty, white keys~!!
