Sonic!

As we were leaving Texas we ate lunch at Sonic, a wicked sweet fast food place they have out west. You drive in the parking lot, order your food, and they bring it out to your car. I was mad that they weren't wearing roller skates though :(

The Parthenon...well kind of

January 3rd, 2008

Here's me and my family visiting the Parthenon....in Nashville, Tennessee...well the exact replica of the ancient Greek building anyways. It was still pretty cool:

New Years Eve: Texas

December 29th-January 2nd

This is me and my cousin Spencer, who is also a x-treme pianist, killing time while we wait for everyone to get ready for church Sunday morning. I think he needs to hem a couple inches off those pants.... ;)

On Monday we went swimming and canoing! I had to go in my clothes but...

Finally, New Years! We were all deaf the next day...

Here are other random pictures from our time in Texas:

Carlsbad Caverns

December 28th, 2007

Today we went to Carlsbad Caverns, one of the biggest caves in the world, located in Carlsbad New Mexico. It was a lot of walking, but worth it for all the cool sights down there more than 500 ft below the ground. Here is a picture of us walking into the mouth of the cave, lets see if you can find me:

Here are some other pictures that I took of the wicked sweet rock formations, ect, that are in the cave. It was hard to get pictures that were not completely black, and the ones I did get were usually blurry, but these came out pretty good:

White Sands National Park

December 27th, 2007

This was one of the high-lights of our trip, sledding in the sand at White Sands, New Mexico. It was so cold that we could have been sledding in snow however. It was awesome! Here are some more pics:

See how much sand there is, that's a picture of my mom. The place is so big and since everything looks the same, we got lost trying to leave!

Can you spot the difference?

Can you find the difference between these two pictures? It was one of my "Christmas presents". If you can't find the difference on your own, then I'm not going to tell you.
